Redownload part 01 and re-extract the files

I redownloaded the files from krakenfiles and extracted again and it extracts fine.
use winrar to extract the files

I always use Winrar. For testing I used 7Zip - but this won't extract part one, too.
I've also used a different download folder and I downloaded the whole game again (if these questions will come up).

I'll use a torrent now. Hopefully this will work.

FYI: After downloading the torrent version, I get this error while installing (at 29,5%) and it doesn't go any further.
Tried three times to install.

BTW: I've downloaded the Krakenfiles-files again and now it is part 78 that won't unpack. Part 1 is okay now.

Recheck the files in your torrent client and make sure all vc redist files are installed
