I'm not able to download fg-03.bin from the one drive links and the mirror links are not the same. I'm stuck as i have the entire game downloaded otherwise.

it might be onedrive throttle, i am going to add one hoster compatible with onedrive and torrent, you can re-check with torrent for fg-03.bin and download what missing or wait for my upload.

On the one drive link, I can only download the MD5 file. When i click down on other individual files, nothing popped up. Do you know why?
